The 'psycho-electronic' type of mind control I'm discussing here is the covert, around the clock harassment of innocent citizens living in their homes and communities, and is currently world wide in scope.

This harassment has been developed and refined, starting with historical mind control progams like MKULTRA, in which victims were imprisoned and
tortured, and COINTELPRO, in which victims were stalked, had homes and offices broken into and trashed, and reputations ruined.

Advanced electronics now makes it possible to manipulate the minds and bodies of targetted citizens silently, undetectably, and through even the best
electromagnetic shielding.

The current day mind control program has been carefully engineered so that if the target complains, their own words will instantly cause them to be
labelled as mentally ill. The thefts and sabotage are always of monetary value just low enough that the police will either not investigate, or may even recommend psychiatric "help". The skill of the people who create these harassment incidents is astonishingly high.

When these criminal attacks on citizens of democratic countries are alleged, the response is "OUR government would never do THAT!". This response indicates that the listener is not familiar with history beyond that taught in school.

The fact is that the same level of lust for power and greed exists in the power structure of all governments. While laudable efforts have been instituted to place checks and balances on such hunger for absolute control, those checks and balances have to be defended all the time. If they are not defended
constantly, those with the lust for control will notice, and will gradually erode them, just as rust will gradually destroy an automobile.

Let me quickly mention a few of the government crimes committed in the last hundred years which clearly show the will to pursue mind control:

- MKULTRA, a CIA program from 1953 to 64, in which adults and CHILDREN were tortured in captivity. The 1977 U.S. Senate hearings disclosed only the very mildest torture performed. The successful Orlikow
vs. United States law suit, on behalf of eight Canadian victims, leaves no doubt about the reality of the MKULTRA atrocities.

- COINTELPRO, a series of FBI programs to destroy the lives and credibility of anti-segregation and anti-Viet Nam war protesters, documented in the FBI's own reading room in Washington DC according to author Brian Glick, in his book "War at Home", about COINTELPRO.

- The human radiation experiments, in which thousands of people were fed radioactive substances unwittingly, exposed during Bill Clinton's presidency
and apologized for.

- The Tuskegee UNtreated syphilis experiments, spanning the 1930s to the 1970s, in which poor black men with syphilis were studied but not treated
for syphilis. Substantial harassment was experienced by the patients and doctors who wanted to treat them. Also exposed during Bill Clinton's presidency, and apologized for.

The point to be made is that this partial list of government atrocities makes certain that the irresistably seductive total control of the minds and bodies of citizens will be pursued, just as the unthinkable crimes above have been pursued in the past.
