Who misled the Belgium Minister of justice ?
by Jacqueline de Croÿ - 12/03/2004

The Minister for Belgian justice, Mrs Onkelinx, was misled. Contrary to her assertions when she answered to the members of Parliament, who asked about the results of six years of investigations on the CD-ROMS from the Dutch paedophile network of Zandvoort, the Belgian Court had not envisaged justify its self.

The court's priority during the last five years was to harass Marcel Vervloesem, the investigator of Werkgroep Morkhoven who brought the CD-ROMS with photo's of violated and tortured children (an babies) to justice, leaving aside the arrests of the paedophiles criminals and the identifications of victims which appear on the CD-ROMS.

The investigation of the paedophile network of Zandvoort was closed in France because some of the photographs of the CD-ROMS were 30 years old, leaving aside the most recent ones, such as those of a magistrate always in function, as well as Katrien De Cuyper, Manuel Schadwald etc, of which the files are connected with the Dutroux-Nihoul band.

Holland closed the investigation, justifying it had not found traces of a network, notwithstanding the identification of victims assassinated in Belgium, France, Germany, USA, Canada etc. But no one knows how the Dutch police officers succeeded to prove that the photographs of these crimes ended-up on these CD-ROMS, yet that the criminals where not connected by an international network.
