The retailer Neiman Marcus lost their bid to take control of the anti-fur site neimancarcass.

Dsiplaying good sense and taste a Judge ruled today that the webiste NeimanCarcass was not in fact "confusingly similar to NeimanMarcus.com and that the retailer had no rights to claim ownership over it. The judge also noted that, far from confusing potential customers the website and it's affiliates were in fact critical of Neiman Marcus "insofar as it is involved in the sale of fur."
