Newly formed chapter of Billionaires for Bush attended a local GOP rally "to support President Bush" in Meadville, PA's Diamond Park on July 15. Initially puzzled, the local Republicans were later not happy to have had the Billionaires attendance. This continues to puzzle the local Billionaires' group since they just wanted to show their support for a President who has done more for them than any elected official in history, and to thank the good people of Crawford County for paying more than their fair share of income tax to support the richest 1% of the population

Billionaires for Bush Join with Local Republicans to Rally Behind President
Billionaires Proclaim Huge Economic Gains for Themselves During Bush Presidency
Meadville, PA, July 15, 2004- Billionaires for Bush, a political action committee advocating for the interests of the fabulously wealthy, rallied in support of the economic policies of President George W. Bush today in Diamond Park, Meadville. Wearing top hats, tuxes, and evening gowns, Billionaires for Bush gathered at the local Crawford County Republican rally in Diamond Park to thank President Bush. According to Patrick McHenry, coordinator of the local rally, the gathering was organized by county Republicans to “discuss issues of mutual concern, and to show support for the president.”
One of the Billionaires attending the rally, Milli O’Nair said, "President Bush has done so much for us…he has been an excellent investment. His recent tax cut package delivered 27% of the benefits to those of us in Pennsylvania. Why those of us with average incomes of $823,000 per year got a tax cut of almost $50,000. We need to make sure that he gets re-elected because by 2006 we will get even more!”
Another participant Phil T. Rich added "President Bush has been unfairly attacked for running up a massive deficit - but a deficit means good news for billionaires. Our businesses benefit from increased defense spending and rebuilding contracts. And banks we own earn more when interest rates are high."
"He's even attacked for failing to create new jobs - but people should know that high unemployment means cheaper maids and chauffeurs! And after all, corporations are people too!" enthused Miya Cash.
