The six folks who scaled the smokestack at the Hatsfield Ferry Power Plant in Greene County will be in court Tuesday afternoon for sentencing.
The six folks who scaled the smokestack at the Hatsfield Ferry Power Plant in Greene County will be in court Tuesday afternoon for sentencing.
They are pleading guilty to all their state misdemeanor charges after entering into an agreement with the power company to drop the remaining felony charge.
The hearing is at 2:30 pm in the Greene County Courthouse.
