Boycott Sponsors Of Rush Limbaugh
by peacey Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2002 at 6:52 AM

Tell Rush Sponsors you've had ENOUGH disinformation and hate!

Take ACTION!

Tell Rush Sponsors you've had ENOUGH disinformation and hate!

In direct opposition to the growing anti-war movement, Rush Limbaugh has stepped up his trademark misinformation and out-right lies in an attempt to hijack the public's perception of Americas increasing militarism. There is therefore, an urgent need for people of conscience to strongly oppose the spreading of fear and bloodlust to the minds of millions of Americans on a daily basis.

By contacting and boycotting his advertisers, we can make it known to the likes of Rush Limbaugh, that those who advocate the sacrifice of innocent lives for the benefit of a wealthy few, will not go unchallenged.

----

Limbaugh's advertisers are listed below.
Please contact them by phone, mail or email to express your outrage at Limbaugh's warmongering.

Then boycott any products or services sold by his advertisers and pass the message on.

Go to Iraq
by A. Sharon Thursday, Apr. 10, 2003 at 1:58 AM

If you think Iraq is so great and Americans are so well-liked there, why don't you move there? Take Rush, you could feed alot of people with that piece of shit.

Hurting Liberals
by Jackel Thursday, Apr. 10, 2003 at 4:11 AM

You know, seeing the Iraqis throw flowers at the US troops, children kissing them and cheers from the crowd must really be painful for all of these anti-Iraq war weenies. We just saved millions of people from oppression and the liberals respond with such wise and thoughtful comments as "Take Rush with you. You could feed a lot of people with that piece of sh*t." I certainly don't believe that Iraqis have some deep love for Americans now, but at least they are grateful for our contribution to their freedom. And, we get the added benefit of great prices at the pump soon!!! It's a win-win! George W, you are a genius!

OOOOHHHH, I'll bet that will be an effective boycott
by Mordachi Kemzoyl Thursday, Apr. 10, 2003 at 6:52 AM

Oh, if everyone here were to boycott those Rush Sponsors. THIS IS HILARIOUS. Let's think about this:

AUTOZONE -- This bean eating fools don't drive cars. They take the Bus. And even the one's that do drive ARE NOT going to be working on their own cars. Hell, they generally eschew any sort of physical labor, preferring to whine about how the stte should do more for them so they have more time for coffe shops and protests.

BOSE CORP -- Okay maybe Bose won't sell a couple of those high end radios, but so what. These freaks are still listening to vinyl and 8 tracks anyway.

GENERAL SHEET METAL -- What? How many of you protester pro-saddam pro-oppression fools are actually going to be purchasing a sheet metal building this year? Only corproations that invest in the economy and provide jobs construct such things. And you weenies hate corporations and woudl rather not be working. So go ahead if you think it is good idea to put the Sheet Metal Workers out of work.

LIFE QUOTES -- I can just imagine the hordes of anti-American Pro-genocide drug users that are going to be purshasing term life isurance this year. That is a market that Life QUotes is really going to miss. You are all probably uninsurable pot smoking Xtasy riven throwbacks to the halucigenic 60's anyway, so I really don't see alot of money lost from all of those premiums you are not going to be paying.

RED LOBSTER -- Do you actually go to restaraunts that serve meat and torture lobsters? I guess the vegetarian plate will come off of the menu at Red Lobster.

SELECT COMFORT -- Oh gosh, like any of you actually woudl spend the $29.95 to get a hotel room. It seems to me that you all prefer sleeping in the mini-bus, screwing in the park, or crashing on teh floor at the commune. Another devistating blow to the corproate oppressors of America. I expect that Select COmfort will be having some "major" promotion soon to draw back all fo those lost customers who are boycotting.

SCOTTTRADE -- What the hell is this??? You people are anarchists have you forgotten. You hate teh capital markets. So why in the hell would you be boyctting them now (unless of course you are closet market day traders who cannot resist dabbling in the pleasures of capitalism). I am certain the marketing peopel at Scottrade are beside themselves on how to bring you people back to start day trading again.

This has to be one of the funniest postings I have seen here since Mayor Murphy had to order chocolate from Cleveland. Hilarious !!!

dittoheads
by ! Thursday, Apr. 10, 2003 at 7:22 AM

let's make generalizations about everyone! Woohoo! Beacuse I'm mean, you know, we are all the same identical people, and you seem to have the mold figured out. Man, you've really made me rethink my life.

By your standards, you can't accuse the radical community of being any more brainwashed than a Limbaugh listener. At least the radical have their own arguments and thoughts about things, and don't go around proudly labeling themselves "dittoheads"

Here's an idea, instead of saying ditto to whatever Rush says, think about what he says, then make your own opinion on the matter.

and as far as your tirade goes, you apparently have no idea how boycotts work, and I would hate for you to have to learn something new so.

"ditto" & goodnight

Mordechai, O Mordechai

You really know how to hurt a guy.
That post of yours made the hippies all cry.
They'll buy that stuff when pigs can fly.

My Select Comfort bed sleep number is fifty
My General Steel hut makes my Bose sound nifty
Red Lobster for seafood lovers is chronic
I learned how to read using Hooked on Phonics.

I just wanted you to know that I love Rush's radio program and have listened for years. I also respect your viewpoint but have never felt that Rush was anything if not honest and fair in his approach on the "issues". I don't wish for good luck in your attempt to discourage his sponsors. I intend to use the email addresses you have provided to let them know how much I appreciate their support of his program. Sincerely, Bill

Dramatic irony or poetic justice?
by - Friday, May. 09, 2003 at 10:21 AM

I find it amusing that such a close mided ashole such a Limbaugh would go deaf, since he doesn't acknowledge any viewpoint but his own. An ingrown asshair on an uptight asshole is good, too.

Quinn
by me Friday, May. 09, 2003 at 8:36 PM

Hey, did anyone ever hear Jim Quinn in the warroom with that stupid bitch Rose, who gives all women everywhere a defintion of what its like to be a stupid bimbo who blindly supports some close minded dickhead named Quinn.
I wrote an email to him not to long ago.
Here it is:
I was wondering why you label everyone who doesn't agree with you as a liberal? That doesn't seem fair to me. I could listen to your show and label you as close-minded, but you wouldn't like that, would you? Just by labeling another person, you close off any conversation you could have with them.
You would think I am a liberal because I am opposed to the war, but I do not label myself with any political name. Political parties are silly and make arguments into 2 sided views, when in reality nothing is 2 sided! There are many aspects to one problem.
Everyone knows that the only reason you are on the air is because you rally around the people in power. But the democrats and the republicans are both the same people in power. The corporations and the family bloodlines put whoever they want into power, without the people's consent.
You know what he wrote back?
"NO!! They are all Liberals!"
What an intelligent reply. It shows he has no clue as to what he is talking about. Same with Rush Limbaugh. I swear, they are nazis.

Pro-oppression?
by Nick Sunday, May. 11, 2003 at 7:12 AM
pnk6@pitt.edu

I>"What? How many of you protester pro-saddam pro-oppression fools are actually..... anti-American Pro-genocide..."

The only people who deserve to be called pro-saddam, pro-oppression and pro-genocide are the Regain administration, which has been largely recycled into the W. Bush administration, that supported and gave hundreds of thousands of dollars to the genocidal dictator during and after his most evil crimes. They sacrificed the welfare of the Iraqi people to avoid a unified, Muslim Iraq and Iran and will probably continue to do so.
