Time to make peace

.

This is where we are headed.

A war on terrorism
Cannot be won.

only occupied.

The reprisals will continue to escalate.

Until we ALL

lose our lives,
and our civilizations.

Time to make peace.

Larmee, it needs some work
by 2Beers Monday, Apr. 26, 2004 at 5:21 PM

Such dark themes will never sell. Have you thought about flowers, maybe vases and views from windows, soft lighting, supple bodies, tender embraces?

I know that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and that "art" is subject to wild interpretations (no, i take that back, since we are no linger allowed to interpret art, lest we be judgmental).

Well anyhow, I will be bold and give you my interpretations, it is pretentious self-involved trash with little artistic merit, which wreaks of political mischief and bias. Clearly not the work of a modern master. No Miro, Calder, Braque, Matisse or Picasso are you. Guernica it is not. And I am most certain that you would likely find any reference to Chagall to be undesirable and offensive to your political motivations of your message (Chagall being doubled cursed in your myopic world view, as he is not only Jewish, but was fond of biblical themes and messages of love.)

C’est merde.

2Beers, I had no idea. Maybe you could talk to us about that tender embrace.

I think it needs ..

an exploding duck. Maybe if there was an exploding plate of foie gras that caused the mushroom cloud, this art would have meaning. Otherwise, I don't get it.

This looks like something from the High School Art Fair.
