The Fight for Justice goes on I want every one to know that the police never had any evidince against me and the Transcripts from the hearing will show that. It shows they never had Photos or checks and the Bank Manger Norman Hargaves under oath said he was not investagating my son or my Daughter so what is the proof they had! This is why the police drop charges in my case because, they do not want to hear the Habeas Corpus, but we will file in court with my sons case and my Daugther and Summer Edoumds, We will not be stop leave us alone jail the killer cops!

AND NOW COMES defendant RENEE WILSON BY herself and file this petition with the courts of which the following is true and correct statement.



1. The Commonwealth has no evidence against me in this case.

2. The banks as never send any letter to Renee Wilson about this matter.

3. There was no MAC card issued to me from this bank.

4. The probable case Avdivit is not truthful by the testimony given in the preliminary hearing Transcript. By the bank manger the reason why the Common wealth was able to arrest me
5. The Warrant for my arrest was not signed until 8/23/03 while my other family


Members were arrested on 7/22/03 and only after I spoke out about the arrest of my family in this matter, there was no new evidence presented in this case.

1. There was facts that was not put on the record at the preliminary hearing.

WHEREFORE, Defendant petitions this Court to ask that the HABEAS CORPUS be grant in this case.
