Bernard Rogers case goes back in front of the corners office on Sept 1 2004, at 10 am
I would like to see every one at the corners office, they think that time will stop us from supporting this family. and wanting justice for the Rodgers. But time will not stop us! I am asking every one to send this email out to their list and to tell people about this day. we want the community to come out. there will be flyers that we will pass out in the hill. if you can help please let me know. They hope we are too, busy with the other things to care about local issues. they hope we will not show up but we will be there in the great numbers. we will hold a press conference out side just before the hearing. I want every group in Pittsburgh that think this is not fair please send someone to the press conference at 930 am in front of the corners office, at Fourth and Ross st downtown

Bernard Rodgers died at the hands of the housing police city of Pittsburgh, who entered a house with out a warrant,
for no reason, Bernard did not commit any crime he was not wanted for anything! he did not have
any drugs in his system, this case has went to the corrners office three time and still has not move though the court system, PAPV stands by this family as it fights for justice come out and stand for justice We demand that the DA press charges for this mans murder!
