> THE LAWSUIT(S) THAT WILL CORRECT ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS HAS BEEN FILED (IN SAN FRANCISCO'S FEDERAL COURT).....ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS PERFORM THEIR NEGLIGENCE TO DENY OBLIGATION (UNDER U.S. AND CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTIONS) AND TRY THE MATTER(S)..........the court's are our 90% Representative voices, not the 30%-elected Houses and Legislatures or the Appointed Judges.....just let it work (make it work) and it will resolve the problems, just as it would've in 1989, when the first monetary-lawsuit was admitted-to be lost by the state's attorney in Louisiana's Disrtict Court (appealed, upon obstruction, to the U.S. District Court, New Orleans, Louisiana).....
