NEFAC's "Anarchy at Work" Tour Comes to Pittsburgh
by Jake Schwartz Monday, Nov. 08, 2004 at 11:12 AM

Please join NEFAC members and friends for a discussion on anarchism in the workplace, and organizing for an anti-authoritarian labor movement.

For the first time ever in Steel City, Pittsburgh working-class anarchists are proud to present:

NEFAC "ANARCHY AT WORK" TOUR - NOVEMBER 21 - SUNDAY - 6PM
MR. ROBOTO PROJECT - 722 WOOD ST. WILKINSBURG

For a long time, North American anarchists seem to have abandoned the arena of workplace struggles, neglecting the fact that working people form a class capable of building a radically different society.

The participation of anarchists in unions and in the workers movement is essential to put forth a libertarian, anti-capitalist perspective, and foster a labor movement accountable to the workers who create it.

Anarchists will come share their labor organizing experiences, and elaborate upon anarchist points of view in a workplace setting. They will discuss how, as revolutionaries, we can take part in these day-to-day struggles while making popular anarchist practices in the workplace.

A list of speakers will be made available shortly.
