Critical Mass starts at 7pm from Union Square North, Madison, Tompkins, and Washington Square parks or your own start location. The Halloween Mass is the coolest, the most intense, and the best costumed ride on the east coast. bring your bike and a costume. new york city will be wearing its police state costume. get ready to ride through the streets screaming.
