Col.Moe Davis also states: "Well that's kind of the way it is trying to drag a detainee into the courtroom" - Col.Davis speaks the truth here because thats exactly how the prisoners in Guantanamo are "handled" by the US Military.Handled as in being shackled and hooded and dragged around and abused and tortured!

Willing Bush "War Criminal" & chief Guantanamo Bay prosecutor,Air Force Col. Moe Davis is busy spinning his pompous,hypocritical rhetoric to the media on who the real "criminals" are at Guantanamo Bay Cuba.But the facts are diametricaly oposite from Col.Davis's and clearly speak for themselves.The US Military "kidnapped" foreigners in their homelands durng an illegal U.S. invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq and then after denying them any rights as human beings,imprisoned and tortured them in Guantanamo Bay Cuba!

Col.Davis goes on to say:"The facts are like the sunlight to Dracula.The last thing they want is to face the facts in the courtroom.." The truth here is that the Bush Regime and its US Military accomplises are "hiding" their dirty,illegal,inhuman treatment of innocent prisoners in Guantanamo Bay,where the US Military,can also shut out all scrutiny of their "War Crimes" from the media and do as they like to these helpless prisoners.

Also to use that quip from Col.Davis,the Bush and US Military Nazis know that the "last thing they want is to face the facts (of their Guantanamo crimes) in a real US courtroom because they know full well the "evidence" they extracted and compiled by abusing and torturing the prisoners wouldn't be admissible in any US court plus Col.Davis and his US Military accomplices would be criminally indicted!
