Did Aspartame Cause Pittsburgh Mayor O'Connor's Brain Tumors?

"I feel like I'm ready to go to work," exclaimed the dynamic newly elected Mayor, Bob O'Connor after his sweeping victory last November. O'Connor's vision was to renew the city he loved. Two thirds of Pittsburgh's voters bought that dream and handed their new Mayor a mandate.

A “People’s Mayor, “Bob O’Connor was respected, admired and loved. He was a visionary determined to “Redd up Pittsburgh” Pennsylvania idiom for restoring his beloved city’s greatness. He was inaugurated January 4, just eight months before his tragic death. O’Connor, 61 was silenced by four rare brain tumors, lymphomas. America is experiencing an epidemic of brain tumors, and these have been associated with the consumption of aspartame/NutraSweet/Equal by numerous physicians and researchers including the FDA, which for more than a decade denied approval of the chemical because of this danger.

If Mayor O’Connor regularly drank “Diet” drinks or used the chemical sweetener Equal, they may have caused his death. Further, I have a report the new Mayor, 26-year-old Luke Ravenstahl, consumes a dozen Diet Pepsi’s daily. Pittsburgh certainly can’t afford to lose another fine leader!

In a 5/7/85 hearing Senator Metzenbaum commented on the aspartame/brain tumor issue: “three of the six FDA scientists advising the FDA Commissioner on final approval were sufficiently worried about it that they were not willing to approve the product.” FDA rejected it for years. http://www.wnho.net/fda_petition1.doc

Neuroscientist John W. Olney, M.D. revealed that a rodent study produced 12 brain tumors in 320 treated rats, but none in those not given the synthetic sweetener. Then last year an Italian three-year study on 1,800 rats led by Dr. M. Soffritti at the European Foundation of Oncology & Environmental Sciences proved aspartame to be a multipotential carcinogen causing lymphoma, leukemia, kidney cancer and cancer of the peripheral nerves, mainly cranial. D. Searle, the original maker of NutraSweet. When Reagan was inaugurated Rumsfeld was on his transition team. He had said he would call in his markers and get aspartame approved and the next day Reagan appointed a new FDA Commissioner who would over-rule the Board of Inquiry and put this carcinogen on the market.

How does aspartame kill us? It releases methyl (wood) alcohol, one ounce will kill or blind. The alcohol converts to formaldehyde, the better to embalm you with. Then that killer morphs into formic acid, fire ant venom. Aspartic acid and phenylalanine are released, two nutrients when accompanied by the other 18 amino acids we turn into proteins; but they’re toxic when isolated. Also, the entire molecule converts to diketopiperazine, a brain tumor agent. Aspartame drinks are addictive; consumers drink more and more, often a liter or two a day. Formaldehyde cocktails! These poisons are cumulative. The toxin is in 6000 products and climbing.

We need to get Ravenstahl some damn Diet Pepsi. And the cops. In fact, how bout a round of Aspartame for all those who dominate us!

Fuck O'Conner, fuck his vision, fuck "redding up" Pittsburgh, and just in case there's any doubt, I'm glad the bastard is dead.
