On Saturday, June 16th 2007, the annual Pittsburgh Pridefest marched through Downtown, Pittsburgh to Riverfront Park on the North Shore. The parade started at Fifth and Ross, and looped past the Arts Festival, across the Sixth Street bridge, and past PNC Park.

The front of the parade was the traditional "Chicks on Bikes" entourage, and the GLCC rainbow flag. The rest of the parade featured floats, dancers, walkers representing their groups, people tossing beads and candies from the floats or on foot, families, and other supporters of gay rights.

The weather was beautiful: sunny and around 70F for the parade. The marchers ended in Riverfront Park where booths and a stage were set up. Pridefest continued in the park for the rest of the afternoon.
